Selected features:

  • effective management of defined collection points through visualization of production lines;
  • identifying sampling zones and sampling points for which environmental testing should be conducted;
  • creating test schedules for individual sampling points or personalized protocols covering different sampling points;
  • reminding about the need to collect samples and monitoring the collection status;
  • sample storage management;
  • individual or group entering and approval of test results;
  • automatic trend analysis online and evaluation of each result entered into the system using analysis methods adapted to the specific distribution of microbiological data (analysis with low variability of the analyzed data);
  • the ability to create your own analytical projects: you can select any fragment of data, various series, combine different series into one set and perform selected or all available analyzes for them, and view their results in the program interface or save them in the form of a report;
  • the ability to automatically send e-mails notifying about the occurrence of a specific event, e.g. the need to collect samples, enter results, certificate approval, OOS/OOL/OOT, etc.;
  • creating reports summarizing the collected data and listing all registered alarm situations.

MicroComplex is a dedicated solution supporting tasks related to planning, scheduling and conducting research for the purposes of environmental monitoring and analysis of results and their trends. It combines several functions to easily manage a monitoring program:

  • definition of the test schedule
  • access to information about upcoming planned tests
  • easy entry of measurement results for a specific site, cleanliness class, etc
  • possibility of defining own specification, warning and alarm limits
  • automatic suggestions on how to carry out trend analysis
  • Automatically create a report with comments about OOT
  • creation of lists taking into account grouping by zones, rooms, purity classes, types of tests
  • storing all data and information in the system
  • Change log and access control

Management of the environmental monitoring plan

The system allows you to plan tests by specifying the date, place of sampling, type of survey and additional information used to monitor the level of parameters and analyze trends. Information on planned studies in the near future is available to the user in the form of a graphical work schedule. In addition, the system can be configured so that information about upcoming surveys is delivered to the right people via e-mail.

Tests results and trend assessment

In the graphical work environment for a specific sampling location, further measurement results are entered. When entering a test result, we specify the date of its execution and we can add our own comment. Measurements can also be imported e. g. from an Excel spreadsheet. For each new measurement, it is evaluated against defined limits (specifications, warnings or alarms) and an analysis of trends in the course of the entire parameter is carried out. The entered values can be later modified, but any changes are recorded and no information is removed from the System.

When a new measurement is entered, an automatic analysis is performed and, depending on the data layout, an appropriate comment appears and an appropriate type of analysis is suggested.

Available types of analysis suggested depending on the data layout:

  • analysis of raw data with normal distribution
  • analysis of transformed data with normal distribution
  • analysis of raw data with a different distribution than normal based on Weibull distribution adjustment
  • analysis of raw data with a different distribution than normal based on the percentile method
  • analysis of raw data with a different distribution than normal based on concentrated distribution

The selection of the relevant analyses can be saved in the database and is later available after selecting this data group. Thanks to that, returning to a given analysis after a long time, we do not have to remember and reproduce the adopted method of data analysis, but we introduce the value of a new measurement, which is subject to automatic evaluation of trends according to the same criteria as the previous values.

Control card and other charts

After entering an appropriate amount of data, normality charts are available for raw and transformed data with the results of the Shapiro-Wilka normality test. Histograms are also generated for which additional options are available to determine the number of intervals and the range of X-axis:

  • for raw data with the possibility of matching the Gauss or Weibull curve,
  • for transformed data with the possibility of matching the Gauss curve or the Weibull curve.

Depending on the adopted method of data analysis, a control card is created for raw or transformed measurements. The control tab can display control limits as well as user-defined limits. Together with the generation of the control card, configuration tests are carried out to detect the existence of trends within specific limits, the scope of which depends on the data layout. For normal distribution data, it is possible to display the colored areas associated with configuration tests on the tab.

Raports

In addition to the ability to view the current results for the entered data, you can also generate a report in MS Word format. The user can independently determine which elements (charts, statistics and statistical tests, raw data) will be placed in an automatically generated report. The report also contains automatically inserted cemeteries concerning the occurrence of trends.
It is possible to analyze data grouped by e. g. cleanliness classes, zone, area or room groups.

Labels and change history

This module allows you to define labels, which are then used to uniquely identify the measurement results entered (e. g. place, production hall, device, personnel, cleanliness class). In addition, the limits that can be used later in the analyses can be specified for each data set, determined by selecting the appropriate labels. Access to the tool is strictly controlled and critical activities from the point of view of data processing are recorded. The change log generated by the system contains:

  • information about the user making the change
  • reason for replacement (if required)
  • the date and time of the change
  • information on the type of change (entry, cancellation of entry modification of entry, approval), and the previous value
